Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it off at an authorized location, then keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
